I’m Tim — a Web Science PhD grad from Southampton and a retired Research Fellow from the Southampton Education School. These days I split my time as a part-time Communications Coordinator at WorldPop.

Before that, I spent years in the media world: running my own media production and online learning consultancy (Zemedia), producing content at the University of Southampton, and freelancing as a news picture editor — mostly for BBC South.

One of my proudest credits is editing The Guernica Children, which picked up a Royal Television Society award. If you’re curious, you can browse my (partial) filmography on the BFI website, check out some of my work on YouTube, read my personal blog, or connect with me on LinkedIn.

Happy to chat about comms, media, education tech, or just about anything else.
